SAFEGUARDING
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36 of February 28, 2021, Legislative Decree no. 39 of February 28, 2021, as well as the provisions issued by CONI, UEFA, and FIFA regarding this matter, in order to promote the full physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of female and male athletes, their effective participation in sporting activities, as well as the full awareness of all members regarding their rights, duties, obligations, responsibilities, and protections, Asd Impruneta Tavarnuzze has adopted a REGULATION FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTRAST OF ABUSE, VIOLENCE, AND DISCRIMINATION, in accordance with the Guidelines published in C.U. no. 87/A of August 31, 2023.
Specifically, the ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL and the CODE OF CONDUCT have been drafted, in which the following are detailed:
